Cabinet Return Policy
All refunds and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as return shipping charges. If there is any damage to your products upon delivery, please take note and alert the delivery driver so they can make a note on the receipt.
Fees can be waived if the return is due to damage during delivery or shipping. The damage from shipping must be reported within five days of the receipt and should be documented properly with photos and a note on the delivery receipt.
Products damaged due to user error will not be refunded. All returns must be authorized by Stone Cabinet Works and a supplier prior to the return shipment. Returns are not acceptable for any pieces of trim. Returns are not accepted after 30 days of delivery.
Cabinet Limited Lifetime Warranty
All cabinets from Stone Cabinet Works should be free of defects, both in material and workmanship. Covered for a lifetime:
- Peeling paint
- Hinges
- Drawer glides
- Mechanical parts
The warranty is limited to replacing defective parts but does not include labor or damage due to abuse or neglect. Touch-ups and adjustments are not included in the warranty.
